Delivery Overview

  • All orders are shipped via third-party couriers with full tracking information available.

  • Orders generally require a signature upon delivery.

  • You may also collect your order from us by prior arrangement (see details below).

  • Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped Monday to Friday and within 24–48 hours of order receipt.

Manufactured Orders

  • If your order needs to be manufactured, shipping times will depend on:

    • Availability of raw materials

    • Our current production schedule

  • We operate on a first come, first served basis unless prior contract orders are in place.
