Here at Leads and Looms Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products efficiently. Whether you’re ordering bespoke assemblies or stock items, here’s what you can expect regarding delivery, shipping, and collection options.
Delivery Overview
Shipped out orders – These are delivered via third-party couriers and generally tracked. A signature upon delivery may be required.
If you have any specific delivery instructions (e.g. “leave with neighbour”), please include them when placing your order.
Collect in person – You can collect your order from us. We will contact you when it is ready as Collect in person is by prior arrangement (see details below).
Delivery Times
Stock Items
Orders for Stock Items – We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours and are shipped out on Monday to Thursday. Orders received later will be processed on the following on Monday.
Manufactured Orders
If your order needs to be manufactured, shipping times will depend on:
The complexity of the order (how long it takes for us to build)
Availability of raw materials (how long it takes for our suppliers to deliver the materials required to make the item you’ve ordered)
Our current production schedule (how many orders ahead of yours)
We “make to order” and operate on a first come, first served basis unless prior contract orders are in place.
Delivery Costs
Online Orders
These are Shipped out orders and the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout stage.
Trade Orders
These are Shipped out orders and the shipping cost is calculated on application. We offer both a parcel and pallet delivery service nationwide.
Collections
Free of charge – Our collection address is Leads & Looms Ltd, Unit 10 South Staffs Business Park, Hawkins Drive, Cannock, Staffs, WS11 0XU. We will contact you when it is ready as Collect in person is by prior arrangement.
Opening Hours for Collection:
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
Friday: 08:30 – 12:30
Closed Bank holidays

Our online shop accepts most major credit and debit cards and also both Apple Pay and Google Pay. If your card is not listed then we are unable to accept payment, apologies if this causes inconvenience.
Unfortunately we don’t currently accept card payments over the phone.
Yes, customers without credit accounts are required to pay upfront on a proforma basis. This ensures your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
