HGV Inverter Lead with Mega Fuse

Our lead enables a safe connection between the HGV tractor unit and the inverter.

This lead plugs straight into the factory fitted Grey Anderson SB175 connector. If the truck doesn’t have a Grey Anderson SB175 connector fitted then this lead will not work.

The SB175 connector plugs into the truck, the ring terminal end connectors to the inverter.

Please note that this lead assembly should be used on inverters with a maximum rating of 3000 Watts.

The cables are heavy duty and very flexible, are are designed for automotive applications. The connector is a Genuine Grey Anderson SB175. The Anderson SB175 Grey connectors are genderless and just snap together to make the connection.

The lead has M8 (8mm) ring terminals fitted as standard. Other size ring terminals are available – please enquire before ordering.

The fuse and fuse holder are known as a “mega fuse” and is easily replaceable. The fuse holder is splash proof but NOT waterproof. The fuse rating is 175Amps. Other rated fuses are available.

The fuse holder is also positioned approx 6″ – 10″ away from the Anderson connector. If you require a different position then please enquire before ordering, there is no additional charge for this.

Amps – 35mm²/240A approx, or 50mm²/350A approx

Volts – 6V, 12V, 24V, 48V
