Heavy Duty Anderson Splitter / Y Adapter – 3 x Anderson SB175 Connectors
Our Heavy Duty Anderson Splitter / Y Adapter is manufactured using flexible 35mm² cable and three genuine Anderson SB175 connectors, providing a simple way to split a single power connection across multiple compatible leads.
Designed for automotive and similar high-current applications, this Anderson Y splitter is ideal when you need to power multiple items at the same time without repeatedly connecting and disconnecting individual leads.
Genuine Anderson SB175 Connectors
Each splitter is fitted with 3 x genuine Anderson SB175 connectors.
Anderson SB175 connectors are genderless, meaning compatible connectors simply snap together to complete the circuit.
Please note that this splitter will only work with SB175 connectors. Other Anderson connector types will not fit.
Anderson Connector Colour Compatibility
Anderson SB175 connectors are colour coded, and only matching colours will connect together.
This means:
- Grey connects to Grey
- Red connects to Red
- Yellow connects to Yellow
When ordering or connecting your splitter, make sure the connector colour matches the existing Anderson connections you intend to use.
Power In & Power Out Connections
The splitter is configured with one main Power In connection and two Power Out connections.
The Power In connector is the connection fitted with:
- 2 red cables
- 2 black cables
The other two connectors, each fitted with:
- 1 red cable
- 1 black cable
are designed to be used as the Power Out connections.
This makes it easy to identify the correct connection when installing or using the splitter.
Connect Two or Three Anderson Leads
The Anderson Y adapter can be used with either two or three connected leads.
It will continue to operate whether:
- Two leads are connected
- Three leads are connected
This makes it a flexible solution for situations where you need to add or remove equipment without changing the main connection setup.
Heavy Duty 35mm² Flexible Cable
The splitter is manufactured using flexible 35mm² heavy-duty cable, making it suitable for demanding automotive and electrical applications.
Different cable lengths are available to help suit your installation.
